Red Threads Home is a family-owned custom Home Furnishing atelier helmed by siblings Leon and Yien Wong. Their design workship is located at Industry City, a 19th-century industrial complex on the waterfront in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, a hub for small business and artisans.
Red Threads Home specialize in Custom Draperies, Roman and Roller Shades, Bespoke Furniture and Reupholstery for residential and commercial interiors. Interior designers and architects recognized by the prestigious AD100 and Elle Decor A-Lists have, for over two decades, tapped Red Threads Home for their exquisite tailoring, wealth of knowledge about fabrics and draping, innovative craftsmanship and obsessive attention to detail.
To this day, the siblings are personally involved in every aspect of bringing a design to life, from measuring to fabrication to installation, earning rave reviews for excellent customer service and the exceptional finished products they created.
Red Threads Home began with custom, one-of-a-kind bed linens before expanding into bespoke furniture. Combining Yien’s background in fashion design and pattern making with Leon’s mastery in furniture craftsmanship, Red Threads Home bring a couture sensibility to every interior. Our deep roots in luxury textiles and furniture restoration allow us to bring an intuitive understanding of form to every piece, anchored by a respect for the heritage of craft.
